NZ Round Table Tour 2015

See New Zealand like a local; see New Zealand with a local.
The best way to experience New Zealand and meet New Zealanders is to be part of the famous Nevill Bullock Mass Tour.
The next tour is in 2015 and this bi-annual event is a true experience of Aeoteroa, The land of the long white cloud.

The 2015 Tour starts on February 25th which is the zenith of New Zealand’s Summer so the long days are perfect for seeing the beautiful green country side. The tour meets in Christchurch, known as the Garden City for obvious reasons, however it has been reinventing itself since a devastating earthquake in 2011. From the rugged Kaikoura coast to the Mystical Milford Sounds, from the rolling Otago Farmland to the mountainous Southern Alps passing Aoraki – New Zealand’s highest peak. Visit New Zealand’s adrenaline capital Queenstown for anything from Bungy Jumping, Jet Boating to Wine Tasting. Join Roundtables strongest club, Balclutha #17, in a round of golf or take to the skies in a vintage Bi-plane. Traveling by bus, train and air this hosted trip is truly the only way to see New Zealand’s Mainland, Te Waka A Maui – The South Island.

Balclutha Get Chopping

Never scared of hard work the boys from Balclutha Round Table made short work of a blue gum and helped a good cause. Although hard yakka, the guys have a good laugh, whilst working up a sweat which made the beer afterwards taste even better.

Well done to Bevan for wearing the ear defenders, as for the others protect that hearing! Having fun and helping local communities is what we are all about. The great thing is that you don’t need experience to help with these sorts of projects, clubs have members from all backgrounds in life, only too happy to pass on knowledge and skills.

Mosgiel Round Table

Mosgiel Round Table go fishing!Boys on the boat

The one that didn't get awayFamilies and members of the Mogiel Table ventured out to lake Benmore in search of their supper. They returned with a good catch and lots of yarns about the one that got away.

Great to see the kids getting stuck in and taking part in the event.

A brilliantly organised trip that happens every year, tell your Table friends to get along!
